We've got lots planned all summer long
Slip n Tide and the GOSPEL Journey Sundays from 1-4pm
Wednesday night actvities - Six Flags, pool parties, the River City Rascals & more.
and other stuff.
Plus at Tide U (9:45 Sunday mornings) we're studying 1 John! So be here every week for lots of great stuff!

July 1 
SIX FLAGS
Who: all students currently in 5th-12th grade
When: Wednesday 8:30am-11:00pm
Where: meet at DPC in the back lot, go to Six Flags
Cost: $32 for ticket ($5 if you have a season pass) for food etc...
Forms needed: standard Tide form
Sign up/money due: June 28
Meet at DPC and spend the day at 6 Flags. Don't forget you can go to the water park, so bring your swimsuit. Plus you need money for lunch and dinner - for at least one meal we'll leave the park, but plan on around $20 for food! We should arrive at the park around 10:00am and leave at closing time, so expect to be back at DPC around 11:00 that night. Invite your friends and remember that you HAVE TO HAVE YOUR MONEY IN by June 28!
July 5
 Tide U 9:45am for all current 6-12 grade students!
For the summer everyone is together in the COMMONS (the big room) we'll be studying 1 John all summer long - this week we continue with 1 John 2:7-11 look it up and read it before we start!
 Tide 1:00-4:00pm
SLIPE 'N SLIDE
Who: all students currently in 5th-12th grade
When: Sundays this summer in June & July (except July 12) 1:00-4:00 pm
Where: Dardenne Pres on the Hill (look for the GIANT Slipe 'n slide)
Why: it's summer and we need to hang out
Cost: money for stuff in the cove
Forms needed: standard Tide form
Sign up: nope just show up
We're setting up the coolest Slip N Slide in Dardenne Prairie, maybe even the WORLDDDDDDDD! Be here Sundays from 1:00-2:30 to shred the gnar. And then go inside to watch the GOSPEL Journey Maui from 2:30-3:00, this week the topic is "WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN?" After we watch the journey we'll go into small groups to discuss it and hang out. The whole thing ends at 4:00. You'll need a towel, swimsuit (maybe some dry clothes), money for sodas & candy at our snack shop and of course INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO COME TOO, duh! See you there!
July 6 & 7 
POST-VBS Hang Time
Who: all students currently in 5th-12th grade
When: Monday & Tuesday noon-2:00pm
Where: In the youth loft
Cost: $5 for pizza for lunch!
Forms needed: standard Tide form
Sign up: Just show up -
We'll be hanging in the loft for a couple hours after VBS, bring water guns if you want to for a water battle, money for pizza. We'll fight, eat, play video games and whatever else. Be there!
July 8 
POOL PARTY
Who: all students currently in 5th-12th grade
When: Wednesday 6:00-9:00 pm
Where: Megan, McKenzie, Jeff & Gretchen's house (instructions below)
Cost: $5 for food etc...
Forms needed: standard Tide form
Sign up: nope just show up
Meet at the Woods' - the gate is on the right side of the house! We'll be cooking food and providing drinks and snacks. Just bring $5 to cover the costs and we'll take care of the rest. You need to bring a modest swimsuit (no speedos gentlemen), towel, friends, whatever and $5. We'll provide food, drinks, & snacks.

GYM NIGHT
Who: all Tide Students
When: Friday June 12 8:00-11:00 pm
Where: Dardenne Pres
Why: to have fun and throw balls at each other
Cost: money for stuff in the cove
Forms needed: standard Tide form
Sign up: nope just show up
We'll have the Gym, the loft, some hallways and a couple stairways. We'll play games in the gym on the Wiis, maybe watch a movie and just hang out. It's a fun way to spend the evening. So bring your friends and be here! We're starting AFTER the VBS closing ceremonies so be here to help them clean up.
